6/18/74 Freedom Hall is the best WRS and then some in my book.

Where they take that Let It Grow has to be one of the top five jams the band has ever performed.

I've always loved the Spanish Jam from 2/14/68

Well known shows, but I suppose that's for good reason.

Cool, I love the Freedom Hall version and actually know it very well from an old tape - eons ago. Forgot about it and certainly didn't know it was one of the best.

Thanks!

I'm sure others have their own favorites, or consider other versions the best. But for me no other Weather Report Suite comes close in anyway.

That take Let It Grow into some serious interstellar territory, and then drop you into The Other One which turns into a searing blues jam.

Enjoy!
